After being one of the best and most consistent writers in the competition, he delivered more of the same, but in the best way possible. At the end of the day, the show’s winner is decided by the panel of judges consisting of Roseanne Barr, Keenen Ivory Wayans and Norm Macdonald. “Last Comic Standing” Season 9 finalists Ian Bagg, Dominique, Clayton English, Andy Erikson and Michael Palascak each took the stage one more time to compete for a chance to win $250,000, an NBC development deal for his or her own show and the coveted title of “Last Comic Standing.” Unlike most competition shows, there is no viewer voting here. It was the last chance for the remaining comedians who survived the head-to-head rounds from last week. The stand-up comedy competition show finally put a bookend to the season following five stellar performances by the remaining comics. Finally, it is a comedy show so if you don't want to be the first targets for jokes, do not sit on the front few rows. What started out as 100 hopeful comedians was reduced to just one as Season 9 of NBC’s “ Last Comic Standing” crowned yet another winner. Five quality acts for a fairly reasonable price in my book.

I would highly recommend it for anyone who is a fan of the show or just a fan of comedy. If we do decide to do the VIP part again, we will be prepared to have plenty of questions just in case others do not. All in all, the show was great and if Last Comic Standing makes it another season and they have a tour, we will definitely be going back.

After the show, 4 of the 5 comics were out at the merch table again for photos, autographs, etc. He came on and did may 10 mins of a set on stage which was definitely a bonus in my book. After intermission, the final two comics did their sets and Clayton actually introduced Ron White to the stage which was a huge surprise. The first three did their piece and took intermission and all three were at the merch table so you could take pictures and talk to them. The winner always goes last and the other 4 rotate when they present their set. We kept this in mind being fans of comedy, but some expecting the same type of material from the show would definitely be in for a surprise. I will caveat and say that the language and material is of a much more mature nature than the show on NBC. The VIP guide said that each one was different and kind of apologized at how abrupt it seemed to end because no one really had questions to ask. The comics kind of had banter between each other which was interesting to witness, but very lackluster. This was an awkward time because it was all 5 comics and 8 VIP guests and only 2 or 3 questions were asked. Comics came out and photos were taken and then to the question/answer portion. We arrived for the meet and greet and got to do a brief behind the scenes tour and got to go on stage to see the comic's vantage point during the show. We are big fans of the show, so getting VIP tickets to the show was a no-brainer.
